2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the BUYER via the website www.crocoparts.com, as specified below with their features and sales price.

3. PRODUCT / SERVICE INFORMATION
The type, quantity, brand/model, technical specifications, sale price, and payment information of the products are determined according to the information provided to the BUYER at the time of the order.

4. DATE OF AGREEMENT
The date the order is confirmed shall be considered the date the agreement is concluded.

5. GENERAL TERMS
5.1. The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and understood all information regarding the main characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the products subject to the agreement and has provided the necessary confirmation electronically.

5.2. The product shall be delivered to the BUYER within the specified period, not exceeding the legal period of 30 days.

5.3. If the product is to be delivered to someone other than the BUYER, the SELLER shall not be responsible if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery.

5.4. If the product ordered is not in stock, the SELLER may offer an equivalent product or cancel the order and refund the amount paid to the BUYER.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product without providing any reason.

6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notice must be sent to the SELLER within this period.

6.3. The product to be returned under the right of withdrawal must:

• Be unused
• Be in a resalable condition
• Be in its original packaging

6.4. The amount paid for the product returned under the right of withdrawal will be refunded to the BUYER within 14 days after the product reaches the SELLER.

7. PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

• Products manufactured according to the BUYER’s special requests (e.g., custom screws)
• Products that cannot be resold
• Used or assembled products

8. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
8.1. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer/EFT, or other methods offered on the website.

8.2. Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are borne by the BUYER.

8.3. Delivery is made through a contracted courier company.

9. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be held liable for circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or infrastructure issues.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey shall have jurisdiction.

11. EFFECTIVENESS
By placing an order through the website, the BUYER accepts all the terms of this agreement.
