RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION / RETURN POLICY

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
   This Return and Cancellation Policy regulates the terms and conditions of returns and cancellations for products sold through the website www.crocoparts.com.

By placing an order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted this policy.

2. ORDER CANCELLATION
   The BUYER may cancel the order before it is shipped.
   To cancel an order, the BUYER must contact the SELLER.
   The payment for canceled orders will be refunded using the same method as the original payment.
3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
   The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
   A return request under the right of withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the SELLER.
4. RETURN CONDITIONS
   The product to be returned must:

• Be unused
• Be in a resalable condition
• Be in its original packaging
• Be sent with all accessories

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

5. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
   The following products are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or made-to-measure products
• Products manufactured specifically for an individual or company based on technical specifications
• Products that have been assembled or used
• Products that cannot be resold

6. DEFECTIVE / FAULTY PRODUCTS
   If the product is damaged, incomplete, or defective, the BUYER must notify the SELLER within a reasonable time after delivery.
   In this case, the following will be provided under legal rights:

• Product replacement
• Free repair
• Refund of the purchase price

7. RETURN PROCESS
   After the return request is approved, the product must be sent to the address provided by the SELLER.
   The product will be inspected upon arrival at the SELLER.
   If the product meets the return conditions, the return process will be initiated.
8. REFUND
   Once the return is approved, the payment will be refunded within 14 days at the latest.
   The refund will be made using the same method the BUYER used for payment.
9. SHIPPING COSTS
   For returns under the right of withdrawal, the shipping cost is borne by the BUYER.
   For defective or faulty products, the shipping cost is covered by the SELLER.
