MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”);

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement regulates member registration on the platform, its usage, product/offer/order transactions, and the rights and obligations of the parties.
3. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS
- MEMBER agrees that the information provided in the membership form is accurate and complete.
- MEMBER can only use the membership account personally.
- MEMBER declares to be over 18 years of age or authorized to act on behalf of a legal entity.
4. ACCOUNT SECURITY
- MEMBER is responsible for the security of their username and password.
- Account information cannot be shared with third parties.
- In case of unauthorized use, SELLER must be notified immediately.
5. PLATFORM USAGE
MEMBER;
- Agrees to use the platform in compliance with the law and good faith principles
- Will not conduct misleading, fraudulent, or illegal transactions
- Will not engage in activities that could harm the system
agrees.
6. PRODUCT, OFFER, AND ORDER PROCESSES
- MEMBER can request an offer or place an order for products provided on the platform.
- SELLER has the right to accept or reject offers.
- An order's validity is subject to payment and/or SELLER's approval.
7. PRICING AND ERRORS
- Product prices are as specified in the system.
- SELLER is not responsible for incorrect prices due to system errors.
- In this case, the order may be canceled or reissued after correction.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
On the platform;
- Logo
- Trademark
- Design
- Contents
Belong to SELLER. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data belonging to MEMBER is processed within the scope of the KVKK Illumination Text.
By creating a membership, MEMBER declares that they have read and accepted this text.
10. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
SELLER;
- Breach of agreement
- Illegal use
- Security risk
in these cases can suspend or terminate MEMBER's membership.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- The platform is not responsible for technical failures or interruptions.
- MEMBER is responsible for damages arising from their use of the platform.
12. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT
SELLER reserves the right to make changes to this agreement.
The updated agreement goes into effect on the date it is published on the platform.
13. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
The laws of the Republic of Turkey are applied in disputes.
The competent court and enforcement offices are the courts where SELLER is located.
14. EFFECTIVENESS
MEMBER declares to have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement by becoming a member of the site.
